Phoenix International Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 11, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:1. To consider and approve the alteration in main object clause of Memorandum of Association of the Company, by adding new line of business of Real Estate.2. To consider and approve the term loan facility up to Rs 50 Crores from Banks / Financial Institutions.
