Pentamedia Graphics Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 06, 2007, inter alia, has transacted the following 1. General review of the performance of the Company for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 and the steps taken for implementation of the scheme of amalgamation as per the latest SEBI order.2. Discussion on the suspension of trading on Companys shares by National Stock Exchange and steps taken for revocation of suspension.3. Discussion on the settlement of liabilities with the banks.Further the Company has informed that, Company shall complete its audited accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007 by June 2007.
