Panchsheel Organics Ltd has informed that the Company is proposes to amend the objects clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company to generate, develop, accumulate, distribute, transmit, supply and / or otherwise deal in any kind of power or electricity energy, wind energy, etc.A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 16, 2007 to consider for approval of the proposal for amendment of the objects clause of the Memorandum of Association subject to the approval of the shareholders by a Special Resolution (Postal Ballot) as per the provisions of the Section 17 of the Companies Act, 1956.
