Kinetic Engineering - Outcome Of CoD Meeting

Kinetic Engineering Ltd has informed that the Committee of Directors (CoD) at its meeting held on April 25, 2007, has allotted 2,70,000 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs 10/- each @ Rs 178/- per share (including premium of Rs 168/-) to Micro Age Instruments Pvt Ltd (MAIPL) against conversion of 2,70,000 warrants of Rs 178/- each.
