Jagson Airlines - Outcome Of Board Meeting

Jagson Airlines Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 03, 2007, has recommended to allot share warrants on preferential basis. For this purpose EGM of the Company will be held on May 05, 2007.
