IOL Broadband Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 14, 2007, has unanimously approved the proposal of merger of Exatt Technologies Pvt Ltd (a leading internet service provider) with the Company, subject to necessary approvals from regulatory authorities and Honble High Court.
