Intense Technologies - Outcome Of Board Meeting
Intense Technologies Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 31, 2007 considered and approved the allotment of 125,150 Equity Shares to the employees of the company on exercise of options vested under ESOP Scheme 2005.
