GV Films Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 23, 2007, to consider acquisition of library for the Web-casting Division.The Company has negotiated with an international content Company for acquiring over 8000 English films for its Web-casting Division for Internet exploitation. The library is valued to be over USD 50 Million.
