Granules India - Outcome Of Board Meeting

Granules India Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 03, 2007, had considered and approved issue of 22,11,200 equity shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid-up at Rs 105.50 per share (including premium) to ISP Investco LLC., on preferential basis, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
