Electrotherm India - Outcome Of Board Meeting

Electrotherm India Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 07, 2007 has approved the following.1. Approved the term sheet of International Finance Corporation (IFC) for availing of loan and / or convertible loan into equity shares.2. To raise funds by issue of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCB) / ADR / GDR or any other means not exceeding Rs 150 Crores.3. Alteration of Articles of Association of the Company.4. Alteration of Articles of Association of the Company for increase in number of directors form twelve to sixteen.5. Mr. Mukesh Bhandari, Chairman and Managing Director has been re-designated as Chairman and Chief Technology Officer with immediate effect.
