BAG Films - Outcome Of Board Meeting

BAG Films Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 04, 2007, has allotted 13,078,000 equity shares of Rs 2/- each in the share capital of the Company to High Growth Distributors Pvt Ltd in physical form at a price of Rs 20/- per shares (including a premium of Rs 18/- per shares).
