Ashapura Minechem - Outcome Of Board Meeting

Ashapura Minechem Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 27, 2007, has allotted 40,260 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs 2/- per share to the applicants, who have exercised their option to apply for the shares under the Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS).
