Tuticorin Alkali Chemicals & Fertilisers Ltd has informed that the members at the 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on January 29, 2007, inter alia, have accorded to the following:1. Adoption of the Directors Report, Auditors Report, Audited Profit & Loss Account for the year ended September 30, 2006 and the Audited Balance Sheet as at September 30, 2006.2. Re-appointment of Thiru Ar Rm Arun, as a Director of the Company.3. Re-appointment of M/s. CNGSN & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Chennai as Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting (AGM) until the conclusion of the next AGM of the Company, on remuneration, terms & conditions.4. Payment of enhanced remuneration to Thiru S Chandramohan, Managing Director of the Company, with effect from January 01, 2007.
