Sundaram Multi Pap Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 28, 2007, inter alia, has considered the following:1. The Company has short listed 2 Companies for acquisition in Paper Industry.2. The progress of due diligence has been reviewed and taken note by the Board.3. The Board of Directors Authorized the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company, Mr. Amrut P Shah to negotiate the acquisition modalities and present the same to the Board by March 15, 2007.
