Sun Beam Infotech Ltd has informed that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the members of the Company will be held on March 20, 2007, to the change of name of the Company from Sun Beam Infotech Ltd to Hit Kit Global Solutions Ltd and that wherever the name Sun Beam Infotech Ltd appears in the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company, the same substituted by the name Hit Kit Global Solutions Ltd.
