National Peroxide - Outcome Of Board Meeting

National Peroxide Ltd has informed that the Company has successfully implemented the expansion project (phaseI), which has increased the capacity of the Companys Hydrogen Peroxide plant at Kalyan from 30,000 tonnes per annum (50%) to 49,000 tonnes per annum (50%).Subsequently, the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on March 28, 2007, has granted the In-principle approval for a further capacity expansion (phaseII) from 49,000 tonnes per annum (50%) to 70,000 tonnes per annum (50%). Accordingly, a feasibility study will be conducted and the same will be considered by the Board in a subsequent Meeting.
