Approved the Resignation of Mr. Parag Sanghavi from the post of Managing Director as well as from the Directorship of the Company.2. Appointment of Mr. Rajesh Pavitharan & Mr. Amar Panghal as Additional Directors.3. Took note of resignation of Mr. Komesh Rohira from the Directorship of the Company w.e.f. March 07, 2007.4. Appointment of Mr. Rajesh Pavithran as Managing Director for a Period of 3 years w.e.f. March 07, 2007, subject to approval of Members.5. Approved the notice convening the Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on April 10, 2007.
