GVK Power & Infrastructure Ltd has informed that the shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on March 06, 2007, have approved the increase in the Authorised Share Capital from Rs 50 Crores to Rs 175 Crores among other items.
