GEI Hamon Industries Ltd has informed that the members at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on March 22, 2007, inter alia, have unanimously approved the following resolutions:1. Change of Name of the Company from GEI Hamon Industries Ltd to GE Industrial Systems Ltd.2. Increase of Borrowing power of Board of Directors of the Company to Rs 200 Crores. 3. Alteration in Articles of Association of the Company as set out in the Notice of EGM. 4. Issue of GDR / ADR / FCCB or any other permitted instruments on private placement basis for a sum not exceeding US $ 20 Million or equivalent Indian Rupees.
