Exdon Trading Company Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 20, 2007, inter alia, has transacted the following:1. The Company Shifted its Registered Office to Prabhadevi, Mumbai.2. The Board took on record the steps taken by the Company for the Dematerialisation of the equity shares of the Company listed on the stock exchange at Mumbai and the progress made by the registrar of the Company M/s. Purva Sharegistry India Pvt Ltd in this regard.
