Dhampure Specialty - Outcome Of Board Meeting

Dhampure Specialty Sugars Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 03, 2007, inter alia, has issued and allotted, on preferential basis 9,00,000 equity share at a price of Rs 40/- per share including a premium of Rs 30/- per share, to the proposed allottees against cash consideration.
