Dabur India - Outcome Of Remuneration Cum Compensation Committee Meeting

Dabur India Ltd has informed that the Remuneration cum Compensation Committee of the Board at its meeting held on March 13, 2007, has made the allotment of 17,47,155 fully paid up Equity Shares of Re 1 each for cash at par to the employees of the Company upon exercise of 17,47,155 stock options vested in them in terms of Employees Stock Option Scheme of the Company.
