Bansisons Tea - Outcome Of Board Meeting

Bansisons Tea Industries Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 01, 2007 has resolved that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting is to be convened on April 04, 2007 to pass with or without modification the following resolution as an ordinary resolution:Resolved that the consent of the Company pursuant to provisions of section 293 (1) (a)of the Companies Act, 1956, be and is hereby accorded to the Board of Directors to sell Bought Leaf Factory (Comprising of Land, Building, Plant & Machinery accessories electrical installation, along with all related license, privileges, permission & easements as on date thereof) named Fatapukur Tea Processing Centre situated at P.O. Fatapukur, Dist. Jalpaiguri for a price being not less then 1 Crore on the terms, conditions and stipulations as decided by the Board in the best interest of the Company.
