BAG Films Ltd has informed that the members at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on March 22, 2007, inter alia, have accorded to the following:1. The Change in Authorised Capital of the Company from Rs 20 Crores to Rs 25 Crores. 2. Preferential Issue of Equity Shares to High Growth Distributors Pvt Ltd.3. Change in name of the Company from B.A.G. Films Ltd to B.A.G Films & Media Ltd.
