BAG Films - Outcome Of Board Meeting

BAG Films Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 28, 2007, has approved the following:1. Allotment of 20,250,000 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each at a price of Rs 13/- per share (including a premium of Rs 11/-per Share) to Mr. Sameer Gehlaut, New Delhi.2. Allotment of 10,000,000 no. of warrants to M/s. Anu Films & Communications Pvt Ltd, New Delhi, convertible into one equity shares of Rs 2/- each at a price of Rs 13/- per shares (including a premium of Rs 11/- per share).
