Aptech Ltd has informed that the shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on March 15, 2007, have accorded for utilisation of the Securities Premium Account balance for adjustment of the debit balance in the Profit and Loss Account of the Company as on December 31, 2006.
