Steel Strips Wheels Ltd has informed that the shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on January 29, 2007, have unanimously approved the following resolutions:1. To raise funds not exceeding Rs 150.00 Crore by issuing securities (specifically mentioned in Resolution).2. To Issue equity shares to Qualified Institutional Buyers upto Rs 75.00 crore in accordance with the Chapter XIII-A of SEBI (DIP) guidelines, 2003.3. To Increase the limit of FII Investment upto 35% of the total paid up capital of the Company.
