SKS Ship Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 12, 2007, has accorded the approval for entering into a Joint Venture with Inland Waterway Authorities of India (IWAI) for acquisition, operation management and / or maintenance of barges / vessels on National Waterway No. 1 and 2.
