Shakti Pumps India Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 16, 2007, has decided the following:1. Considered and recommended the proposal to create, offer, issue and allot, in course of one or more public and / or private offerings in domestic and / or one or more international markets, any securities including Global Depository Receipts (GDRs) and / or American Depository Receipts (ADRs), Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs), Secured Premium Notes (SPNs). so however that the total amount raised through the aforesaid Securities shall not exceed USD 10 Million.2. Considered and recommended the proposal to increase Borrowing Powers of the Board of Directors of the Company and Centurion of Charge.3. Considered and approved the Notice of the Extra Ordinary General Meeting to be held on March 16, 2007.
