Precision Containeurs Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 03, 2007, has considered convening of Extra Ordinary General Meeting and take approval from the Shareholders for the proposed Preferential Allotment to be adjusted against loan repayment to lenders namely SASF and making it a part of One Time Settlement.
