OM Metals - Outcome Of Board Meeting

OM Metals Infraprojects Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 22, 2007, has decided to issue 38 lacs convertible warrants to promoters on preferential basis as per terms and conditions contained in chapter XIII of SEBI (Disclosure and Investor Protection) Guidelines, 2000, subject to approval by shareholders, through Postal Ballot.
