Niryat Sam Apparels India Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 30, 2007, has forfeited 1,79,900 equity shares of Rs 10/- each on account of non payment of amount due on allotment / call of an amount totaling to Rs 8,45,500.
