Nirlon - Board Meeting On Feb 27, 2007

Nirlon Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 27, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following business.1. To discuss the development of the Companys IT Park at Goregaon.2. To conduct a postal ballot process in order to get approval from the shareholders of the Company(i) to increase the present borrowing limits u/s 293 (1)(d).(ii) to create a charge / mortgage to secure the above increased borrowing limit u/s 293 (1) (a); and(iii) to confirm the appointment of Mr. Kunal Sagar as Executive Vice Chairman w.e.f. February 01, 2006.
