Ispat Industries - Outcome Of Board Meeting

Ispat Industries Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 20, 2007, based on the recommendation of the Remuneration Committee of Directors, has revised the salary of Mr. V K Mittal, Mr. Vinod Garg and Mr. Anil Sureka with effect from April 01, 2006, subject to the approval of the members of the Company, IFCI Ltd, the lead financial institution, and other authorities, including Central Government, as may be required.
