Intense Technologies Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 27, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:1. The Issue of Equity Shares / Convertible Instruments / or any other Securities other than warrants through a Qualified Institutions Placement to Qualified Institutional Buyers, pursuant to Chapter XIIIA of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Disclosure and Investor Protection) Guidelines, 2000.2. The ESOPs under the proposed New Plan : ESOP 2007.3. The Allotment of Equity Shares to the employees on exercise of options stated under ESOP Scheme 2005.4.. The Issue of Equity Shares / Warrants convertible into equity shares to specified persons.
