Gupta Synthetics - Outcome Of CoD Meeting

Gupta Synthetics Ltd has informed that the Committee of Board of Directors (CoD) of the Company at its meeting held on February 24, 2007, has taken the following decision:The Board has considered and approved the 175000 Convertible Warrants Converted into175000 Equity Shares. Out of that 100000 Equity Shares are allotted to Promoters, 50000Equity Shares are allotted to other than promoters i.e. NRI and 25000 Equity Shares areallotted to other than Promoters. Pursuant to resolution passed in an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on December 07, 2007 accordingly the Company has allotting 350000 Bonus Shares to the said allottees which were kept in abeyance.
