Greaves Cotton - Outcome Of Board Meeting

Greaves Cotton Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 31, 2007 has decided to re-issue 10137 Equity Shares of the Company, which were forfeited in the year 2003, to some of its key employees at a price of Rs 336/- per share. Necessary approval of the Members of the Company is being sought through Postal Ballot.
