Glance Finance Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 13, 2007, to take note of the Resignation of M/s. K P Kabra & Co. and to convene Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the members of the Company for considering appointment of another firm of Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors of the Company, to hold their office till conclusion of the Annual General Meeting for the year 2006-2007.
