Chandra Prabhu - Outcome Of Board Meeting

Chandra Prabhu International Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 01, 2007, has appointed Mr. Akash Jain (presently as Executive Director of the Company) as Managing Director of the Company with effect from February 01, 2007 for a period of Five Years subject to approval of Members & in the same meeting has also appointed Mr. Piyush Jain, as Executive Director of the Company with effect from February 01, 2007. Mr. Piyush Jain is also a Director in the Subsidiary of the Company M/s. Southwest Drilling & Infrastructure Ltd since July 11, 2005.Further the Company has informed that, Mr. Gajraj Jain, Chairman cum Managing Director of the Company, vide his letter dated January 31, 2007 had resigned from the services of the Company with effect from February 01, 2007.
