Andhra Pradesh Paper Mills Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 18, 2007 has approved the issue of equity shares on Preferential basis to Promoter / Promoter Group for a sum upto Rs 20,00,00,000/- in accordance with Chapter XIII of SEBI (Disclosure and Investor protection) Guidelines, 2000 subject to the approval of shareholders.
