Allianz Capital - Board Meeting on Feb 13, 2007

Allianz Capital & Management Services Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 13, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following:1. For raising the capital of the Company by way of making preferential allotment of securities; and2. To revoke the merger proposal of M/s. Innovative Money Matters Pvt. Ltd with the Company, as was earlier in-principle approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 19, 2006.
