Simbhaoli Sugars Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 30, 2007, inter alia, has approved the following:1. Issue of options to employees under stock options scheme, change / expand the role of Remuneration Compensation Committee of the Board.2. Convening of Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the shareholders of the Company in March 2007.
