Titagarh Steels Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 30, 2008, inter alia, has re-appointed Shri. J P Chowdhary as the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company with effect from January 01, 2009, for a period of five years, subject to the approval of the Shareholders in the forthcoming General Meeting.
