State Bank of Mysore has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank has been proposed to be held on December 06, 2008, at which, Record Date / Closure of Register of share holders for the purpose of sub-division of shares of face value of Rs 100/- into face value of Rs 10/- will be considered.
