Sowbhagya Media Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 08, 2008, to consider and approve the allotment of 2,45,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each, at price of Rs 100/- per share (inclusive of premium of Rs 90/- per share) on preferential basis to M/s. New Delhi Exim Pvt. Ltd. Sri. Pulla Rao Samudrala, and Sri. T Sachendra.
