Sowbhagya Media Board Has Considered Each At Premium - Dec 10, 2008

Sowbhagya Media Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 08, 2008 has considered and approved to allot 2,45,000 Equity shares of Rs 10/- each at Premium of 90/- per share to M/s. New Delhi Exim Pvt. Ltd, Sri. Pulla Rao Samudrala and Sri. T Chendra.
