Solid Stone Company Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 03, 2008, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend @ 6% on the Meeting for the year under review, subject to approval by the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
