Sayaji Hotels Ltd has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 18, 2008, inter-alia, to consider and approve the issue of further equity shares in the wholly owned subsidiary company Barbeque nation Hospitality Ltd to promoters and others.
