NIIT Technologies - Outcome Of Board Meeting - Dec 19, 2008

NIIT Technologies Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 18, 2008, has recommended to amend the main object clause of the Memorandum of Association by incorporating a new clause to include the activity of development of SEZ, subject to the approval of the shareholders by way of postal ballot.
