Mayur Leather Products Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 17, 2008, inter alia, has declared Interim Dividend @ 8% i.e. Rs 0.80 per Equity share of Rs 10/- each for the financial year 2008-2009.
